Vienna & London

Hunter, circa 1908

Hunter returned to Vienna in 1910 and attended courses at the K. K. Graphische Leht-und Versuchsansalt (Royal-Imperial Graphic Teaching and Experimental Institute) after which he moved to London. There he worked as a designer for Norfolk studios until his return  to the United States in 1911. Hunter’s work from this period displays a great maturity and seamless integration of his earlier style with current design trends.
